RoyalX Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and RoyalX ("the Platform", "we", "us"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at royalx.vin. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform — including the RoyalX website and mobile applications — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. RoyalX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use RoyalX, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. RoyalX is strictly an adult platform. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, scripts, and automated accounts are not eligible to register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of RoyalX or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on your RoyalX account.

RoyalX may request proof of age or identity at any time. If verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, access to the account may be restricted until verification is resolved. Deposits made before verification may be held until the process is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account on RoyalX. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and the matter reviewed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes your password, PIN, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered phone number. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact RoyalX support immediately at [email protected].

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Never share OTPs received by SMS — RoyalX support staff will never ask you for an OTP.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

RoyalX accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account to another person is not permitted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All RoyalX accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion, and no foreign exchange fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment methods.

RoyalX currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet, instant deposit and withdrawal
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, instant deposit and withdrawal
• Raast — interbank transfer via the State Bank of Pakistan's instant payment system
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — standard interbank fund transfer
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet providers as listed on the Deposit page

Minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is PKR 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.

RoyalX does not charge platform-side processing fees on deposits or withdrawals via supported local payment methods. However, your bank, mobile network operator, or wallet provider may apply their own charges — RoyalX has no control over third-party fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. RoyalX may request supporting documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where a significant balance has accumulated. This is a standard security measure and is applied consistently across all accounts.

Deposits made in error — for example, a duplicate deposit or an amount entered incorrectly — must be reported to support immediately. Once funds have been used in gameplay, reversal requests may not be possible.

5. Betting Rules

The RoyalX sportsbook covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, ICC tournaments, football, and esports markets. Betting is available pre-match and in-play for selected events. Specific rules for each sport and market type are published on the Betting page and may be updated from time to time.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets on RoyalX:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet.
• In-play betting is subject to brief delays during live events. Bets placed during a delay period will be processed at the next available accepted price.
• Where an event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• RoyalX reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the user's account balance.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface when placing a bet.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PKR account balance and are available for withdrawal subject to the standard withdrawal conditions.

RoyalX monitors betting activity for patterns consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or other irregular activity. Where such patterns are detected, RoyalX reserves the right to withhold winnings pending investigation and to report the activity to relevant authorities where required.

6. Casino and Games

The RoyalX platform includes a live casino, a game lobby with over 500 titles, and a dedicated bingo section. All games are provided by licensed third-party software providers. The rules governing each individual game — including return-to-player (RTP) rates, minimum and maximum bet sizes, and game-specific mechanics — are available within the game interface itself.

By using the casino and games section, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All casino games involve an element of chance. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by RoyalX.
• Past results from any game do not predict or influence future outcomes. No betting system or strategy can guarantee a win.
• RoyalX does not guarantee that any specific game will be available at all times. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider updates, or technical issues.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including disconnection, software error, or server failure — the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the bet returned. RoyalX's decision in such cases is final.
• Live casino games involve real dealers and are streamed in real time. Chat functionality in live casino is subject to conduct rules — abusive or inappropriate behaviour in live game chat may result in account restrictions.

Bingo rooms operate with PKR ticket prices as listed within the bingo section. Jackpot and prize pool sizes vary by room and session. Full bingo rules are displayed before each session begins.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

RoyalX may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional offers to registered users from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. General bonus rules that apply across all promotions are set out below:

• Bonuses are issued in PKR and credited to your account balance or a separate bonus balance as specified in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements — the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn — are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the offer. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire at the end of the validity period and are automatically removed from the account.
• Each promotion is available once per user, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the stated wagering conditions.
• RoyalX reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus balance associated with it will be removed and bets placed using that bonus will be settled at the normal odds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

8. Acceptable Use

By using RoyalX, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — personal entertainment gaming and sports betting — and in a manner that does not harm other users, third parties, or the platform itself. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way not sanctioned by RoyalX.
• Attempting to access, copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the RoyalX software, platform architecture, or odds-generation systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. If you discover a bug that may affect gameplay outcomes or account balances, you must report it to support immediately rather than using it to your advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to obscure their origin, or using RoyalX for any financial activity unrelated to gaming.
• Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour in any communication with RoyalX staff or other users.
• Attempting to collude with other users in casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating as an agent for other users.

Violations of these conduct rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances under investigation, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Privacy and Data

RoyalX collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform. The categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the legal bases for processing, and your rights as a data subject are described in full in the RoyalX Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes identity verification data, payment information, betting and gaming history, and device and usage data collected for security and fraud prevention purposes.

RoyalX will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension and Closure

RoyalX reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any user account at its reasonable discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same user.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised through a payment provider.
• User request — you may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to gameplay and withdrawals will be restricted until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, full access will be restored and any held funds released. If a breach is confirmed, balances directly linked to the breach may be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

• RoyalX is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, or indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• RoyalX is not responsible for losses arising from technical interruptions, including server downtime, network failures, or third-party payment processing issues, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore service.
• RoyalX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and occasional unplanned outages may occur. Where possible, scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials — including unauthorised access resulting from sharing of passwords or OTPs — are the user's responsibility. RoyalX is not liable for losses arising from user-side security failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits RoyalX's liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Changes to These Terms

RoyalX may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, applicable requirements, or our operating policies. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
